ORDINANCE NO. 757 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT 13-003 TO THE SOUTH POWAY SPECIFIC PLAN TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL-STORAGE ON A 2.19-ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 13250 KIRKHAM WAY.” This proposed Ordinance will change the land use designation on a developed property with approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to establish a contractor’s office with outdoor storage.
